4. Data Extracted from FMCSA
The Service facilitates the extraction of publicly available data from the FMCSA website. This data (carrier names, MC numbers, phone numbers, authority status, etc.) is publicly accessible to anyone visiting the FMCSA website. We do not store this extracted data on our servers — it is processed locally in your browser and exported directly to your device.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party services (such as Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for authentication) that may process your data on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
